How To Order A Custom Wedding Cake

The cake is an integral part of your wedding day. For a few minutes, all eyes are focused on you and your wedding cake. Photographs will be taken when you are cutting the cake for you to look back on and cherish the memories. And it's not only the look that is important; the taste must be just as beautiful, as this is what your guests will remember.

Planning the perfect wedding cake for your special day can be challenging. Before committing to the wedding cake of your dreams, we want to ensure all aspects are covered. For this reason, we have gathered everything a bride should know about the cake order process.

Free Consultation:

You can schedule an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss your favourite flavours, dietary restrictions, colours, style, and wedding theme to help us design your dream cake. Remember to address any questions or concerns you have about your wedding cake.

Tasting Box:

Your cake is supposed to be something you will love and remember, so we want to ensure you pick the perfect flavour for your special day! You may choose a different flavour for each tier of your cake. Get creative and have fun! Taste as many flavours as you want. It will help you to make a better decision.

Save The Date:

Secure your order date by the "Save the Date" deposit, which is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final balance. Once your wedding cake sketch and quote have been finalized and approved, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due six weeks prior to your wedding date.

The final Step

Our cake artist will contact you six to eight weeks before your wedding day to confirm all the final details and flavours. This is also when your remaining balance is due. We will liaise with your venue to arrange the delivery and set-up time for your wedding cake. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your wedding day.
